Its that time again for us to hold the GM Meeting at the beginning of the Winter 21/22 Season which will be held on Tuesday 14th September from 7pm at Cambridge United Supports Club .
Like all GM Meeting non of the committee needs to stand down, but if there are any available spaces within the committee we will ask people to stand forward if they wish to be elected to join then we will vote to put them on the committee (mainly a divisional role).
With the AGM being missed in the Summer 21 season there has been some motion changes of the constitution which are the following:
Section 12.1 - The CAPL is open to all teams within the Cambridge area, subject to the approval of the committee. The Cambridge area is defined as a 10 mile radius from Cambridge Snooker Centre. Due to the CSC being closed the committee will decide if the postcode of the premises is better so we don't lose any teams with the 10 mile radius.
Section 15.7 - TKO Cup matches will consist of 6 frames of singles and 3 frames of doubles, in that order. they wish to add Scotch Doubles instead of normal doubles, so the TKO Cup matches will consist of 6 frames of singles and 3 frames of scotch doubles, in that order.
