CAPL players,
We hope you're all keeping safe and well in these highly unusual times. We send out our sympathies to anyone who's lost friends or family members.
We have decided that, in order to complete the season fairly, the full final round of fixtures remaining from the Winter 2019/20 season should be played (in the regular format). But since it is not yet permitted for groups of more than two households to socialise indoors, and player safety is our primary concern, we cannot arrange these until the guidance is relaxed.
However, we are working on ideas for an interim competition, to be organised in a safe and Covid-secure fashion, for those itching to pick up their cues again. Stay tuned!
We apologise for the silence from the committee over the last few months, updates will be more frequent from now on!
