Change in our Rule Set

Hi All

Whilst most of you may be aware of all of this information please be aware this is being written for all CAPL members. Can you please share this with all members of your teams

The CAPL is currently affiliated to the EPA. As of 2023 the EPA will be playing International rules at all of their events. This leaves us with a decision to make.

We can continue with World rules but this ruleset is largely redundant now. Alternatively, we have had a proposal sent to the committee to change to either International or Black Ball rules.

Details of all 3 rule sets will be located below with links you can follow to web pages and youtube videos.

A vote will be conducted at the AGM prior to the commencement of the Summer 23 season at which we will be asking for votes from 3 members of each team.
