Below are the follow proposals for the GM meeting on the 06/09/22.
Under section 11.1 in regards to registration fee: At each GM the committee will propose a registration fee for the following summer season which is currently £35 and we would like to increase this to £45 per season starting on summer 23 season.
Now Garry Browne (aka onespin) has a proposal to change the following:
Delete the following:
Section 14 points 21 & 22
Section 15 Point 12
Rewrite Section 16, Points 7 & 8 to the following:
Section 16, point 7:
A representative from the winning team (or home team in the event of draw), must text, WhatsApp or email the scorecard of their match to the relevant committee secretary by midnight the following day.
Section 16, Point 8:
Failing to text, WhatsApp or email the scorecard by the deadline will incur an initial warning. Further failures will result in the following:
a) League matches: Will result in a point’s deduction equal to the points gained for that match.
b) TKO matches: May result in removal from the competition.
The reason for this change is because there are different sections of the constitution that contradict each other when it comes to when to send your scorecard in by. Also putting it all in the 'Scorecards' section, rather then in three separate sections makes it easier to find.
Section 18 - New point 14
Team KO Q-Final/Semi final event dates can not be changed unless every team in that event for the particular date agrees to the rearrangement. The new date must be set before the original event date was due to be played.
